We have another great news! We have received a new patent, the 15th anniversary patent for the invention "Pre-insulated pipe with ultrathin thermal insulation based on hollow microspheres and a method for its manufacture". We get them so often, if you follow our news feed, you may get the impression that this has become some kind of ordinary or ordinary event.

However, it is no secret that a patent is a "look through the keyhole at the tip of the iceberg", colossal work and inventive rationalization ideas and the results of their implementation.

But at the same time, this patent is partly different from all previous ones, because it has been implemented in the form of an invention that has long been used in industry, where our liquid thermal insulation Armor is a kind of "spare part", one might say, an expendable material.

For sure, many people know that a number of manufacturers of insulated insulated pipes over the past few years have received in their arsenal, the nomenclature sheet, pipes that are claimed to have become 50-70% thinner, but have retained the same resistance to heat transfer.

This has become especially noticeable on flexible pipes and those that used to be of the "dangerously combustible" flammability group - now they have become thanks to this know-how (a small spoiler is a combination of our two materials), B1 or even NF

And of course, we draw attention to the fact that those manufacturers of pre-insulated pipes used to say that their pipe can be a carrier of a maximum of 120-140 C - mainly for the reason that this is a limitation for polyurethane used in this segment.

Thanks to the use of a combination of our products (and this is exactly our know-how: our developments, cases, consultations of manufacturers of these pre-insulated pipes), now these pipes can be 200 C and 250 C, and even higher

After all, Bronya applied in the first layers immediately after the inner pipe gives not only the necessary heat energy, but also reduces the temperature to a safe polyurethane for this.

We are entering the world of patents and inventions, the type of which is technologies that have not just changed the world in the form of our previous patents for coatings themselves, for fire protection combinations, and so on, but a fundamentally new type is when an old well-known pipe is reinvented as a kind of "new wheel"
