We are happy to share with you great news - our dealership Bronya Saint Petersburg received a new act from the State Unitary Enterprise "TEK SPB" on confirmation of the thermal conductivity coefficient of Bronya insulation 0,001 W/( m 2 ° C).
Tests were carried out on two pipes, one of which is a composite pipe and this is actually the second example of the application of Bronya insulation on composite materials, as well as in an optional format, tests were carried out on a metal pipe.
The object of testing is the liquid ceramic thermal insulation coating "Bronya Classic NF" in order to reduce the temperature on the surface of 2 sections of the pipe, at the State Unitary Enterprise "TEK SPB" address: Novocherkassky Prospekt 21, St. Petersburg.
Our special technology, a bundle and a combination of two Bronya coatings, were applied. Rubber transparent lacquer Bronya AquaBlock Prism was applied to the composite pipe with subsequent reinforcement directly into the wet layer with a sickle mesh and subsequently after drying in several layers, it was covered with a non-combustible thermal insulation coating Bronya Classic NF for four layers totally 2 mm on composite pipe.
We would like to remind you that this exclusive combination of materials makes it possible to insulate composite, plastic, polycarbonate and other surfaces, giving them both thermal safety - excluding the possibility of burning - and anti-condensate and non-combustible properties.
Based on the results of evaluation and analysis of surface temperature, design
thermal conductivity was 0.001W/m·K which confirms the declared
factory characteristics by the manufacturer.
b) " Bronya Classic NF " confirmed its effectiveness by lowering the pipe surface temperature from + 44 ° С to + 31 ° С, with a layer thickness of 1 mm in the register area No. 1.
c) " Bronya Classic NF" confirmed its effectiveness by lowering the temperature
pipe surfaces from + 56 ° С to + 34 ° С, with a layer thickness of 1 mm at the section of register No. 2.
