Our official European representative — the company "Bronya Slovakia" — has held a large-scale training event for partners and clients, specifically for foremen of large construction and contracting companies, who in turn will pass on this knowledge to their teams. Many of them have been carrying out work at large enterprises and food concerns for years, and have repeatedly appeared in our news feed. Previously, we mentioned that our representative supplies materials on a turnkey basis with application. However, due to scaling and the growing demand for Bronya materials, it was decided to also transfer knowledge and skills on proper application to contracting companies.
The practical training took place on July 23–24, 2026, at the representative office's technical center. The main goal of the seminar was to train participants in technological standards and the nuances of working with ultra‑thin liquid ceramic thermal insulation coatings "Bronya".
The training program was maximally practice‑oriented and covered key technological stages:
-
Proper preparation and careful mixing: Specialists demonstrated in detail the specifics of preparing the composition and mixing it with a construction mixer at low speeds, which is extremely important for preserving the integrity of the vacuumized microspheres.
-
Setup and maintenance of equipment: Participants studied in detail the preparation of professional airless spray units, the rules for selecting hoses, nozzles, and pressure adjustment.
-
Practical application: In a specially equipped area and in full protective gear, under the guidance of instructors, participants practiced test spraying of the material onto training stands, as well as onto pipes reinforced with mesh tape.
Regularly holding such seminars allows our representatives around the world to guarantee flawless work quality at sites. After all, Bronya materials are easy to apply but require precise adherence to instructions to achieve maximum coating efficiency.
Let us recall that our representatives have experience working with giants such as Nestlé, Muller Textiles, the GOHR metallurgical plant, the Mattony sugar factory, and have even insulated and restored the ice rink of the hockey club "Prešov" in Slovakia.
We congratulate our colleagues from Slovakia on the successful training and thank them for their significant contribution to our common cause! Together, we are making thermal insulation technologies accessible and reliable around the world.
