Hello!
An example of using Bronya Light for insulating the roof of the refectory of the church of Dmitry Solunsky. The temple is located in the village. Loznoe, Dubovsky district, Volgograd region.
The temple was built in 1916. The roof after numerous repairs was made of wooden beams on which a 20-30 cm layer of clay was applied over the plank ceiling. Clay and all the wood was affected by termites and destroyed. During the works, it was removed. The flooring is made on OSB beams with sheets, covered with 3mm thick Bronya Light thermal insulation, per layer. Additionally, a serpyanka was used to bridge large cracks between non-planed boards. All cracks were closed. Additional logs were installed and another layer of OSB sheet was lined, on which the gastrointestinal tract Bronya Light 2 mm thick was also applied, in one layer.
At the onset of the first frosts down to -5 °C, the temperature in the refectory was quite comfortable for the liturgy.
