The "Bronya" company continues to solidify its position in the European market by implementing large-scale projects in Italy together with our exclusive distributor — the Decorus company. Our products have become a key element in the state capital repair program, Superbonus 110%, aimed at preserving the architectural heritage and increasing the energy efficiency of buildings.
Luxury Waterfront Real Estate: Project in Varazze
A striking example of the efficiency of our technologies was a recent project involving the restoration and insulation of a private villa in the picturesque town of Varazze (Liguria region). The property is located directly on the waterfront, where buildings are subjected to extreme environmental impact: high humidity, scorching sun, and aggressive salt spray (salt fog).
Specialists faced complex tasks: eliminate freezing and mold, repair cracks and peeling of old paint, and radically reduce heat loss. To solve these problems, the "Bronya Facade" coating was chosen. The material not only provided reliable thermal insulation but also acted as a durable topcoat resistant to the maritime climate.
Beyond Varazze: A Global Effort
Success in Varazze is just one part of a broader effort. Within the framework of the Italian state recovery program (Superbonus 110%), which has been running for nearly two years, "Bronya" coatings are being used for the reconstruction of hotel complexes and multi-story buildings in elite resorts.
Based on the strict requirements of the program, we actively use the "Bronya Facade NG" (non-combustible) modification. This coating has become one of the most crucial elements of "total restoration":
Safety: Confirmed non-combustible status is a mandatory requirement of Italian regulatory authorities.
Aesthetics: The ability to tint the material according to the RAL system allows for the restoration of the historical appearance of buildings, updating facade colors in strict accordance with architectural plans.
Durability: High resistance to salt spray proves the reliability of our coatings even in conditions with high concentrations of sea salt on the coast.
Scale and Recognition
Italy is one of the main export markets for NPO "Bronya." The scale of cooperation is impressive: recently alone, about 1.5 million liters of products were delivered to the country, with up to 120 crews working simultaneously on sites using professional airless spray equipment.
The expertise of our partner, Decorus, allows them to work with buildings in the "vincolati" category — objects of historical and cultural heritage under state protection. The impeccable quality of our products has been confirmed at the highest level: in 2023, our distributor became a laureate of the prestigious European LE FONTI AWARDS for innovation in the field of nanotechnology-based insulation.
We are proud that "Bronya" technologies are helping to preserve the beauty of Italy — from sunny Tuscany to the coast of Liguria — protecting architectural masterpieces and ensuring the comfort of residents.
