Our official representative for the Rostov Region has shared fresh photo and video materials from a recent new project. This time, the ultra‑thin liquid thermal insulation "Bronya Facade" was chosen to solve the critical task of energy efficiency for a multi‑storey brick residential building.
During the construction of modern brick buildings, so‑called "cold bridges" inevitably arise – concrete interfloor slabs and protruding facade belts. Concrete has a much higher thermal conductivity than brick, which causes enormous heat loss through these areas. In the future, this can lead to freezing of walls, condensation, and mold inside apartments.
Using traditional bulky insulation on these narrow concrete strips would not only ruin the architectural appearance of the building but also create excessive load on the structure. The only ideal solution was the use of liquid thermal insulation "Bronya Facade". It is applied like paint, but acts as a full‑fledged thermal barrier, reliably eliminating cold bridges while completely preserving the aesthetics of the brick facade.
Thanks to the increased vapor permeability of the "Bronya Facade" modification, the building's walls retain the ability to "breathe", ensuring a comfortable microclimate inside the living spaces. At this site, the thermal insulation coating is applied with true diligence. The thickness of the finished protective layer is a solid 2 mm! The customer personally controls each stage of the work and carefully checks the coating thickness after drying to ensure full compliance with thermophysical requirements.
The material is applied by professional industrial climbers. Before application, the material is gently mixed with a construction mixer at low speeds to avoid damaging the evacuated microspheres in the composition.
Despite the whims of the weather – rainy days made forced adjustments and temporarily halted work – on sunny days, the climbers were able to quickly and efficiently apply the thermal insulation to the facade, protecting the house from the coming cold.
Ultra‑thin thermal insulation Bronya is a modern, reliable, and proven way to protect any buildings and structures!
