Our official representative in the Amur Region has shared an excellent case of the successful application of the liquid waterproofing "Bronya AquaBlock Effect NF" on a private residential property.
The owner of a country cottage in the settlement of Verkhneblagoveshchensk faced a common and extremely unpleasant problem — a leak in the flat roof of the terrace located directly above the garage. Constant moisture and water ingress during rains threatened not only the aesthetic appearance of the building but also the integrity of the building structures.
After a detailed consultation with specialists from our company, a decision was made to eliminate the problem: to apply highly effective liquid polymer waterproofing "Bronya AquaBlock Effect NF" with mandatory reinforcement using a reinforcing mesh. "Bronya AquaBlock Effect" is a high-quality water‑based polymer waterproofing agent. It is applied simply and quickly, penetrates into all microcracks of the substrate, and after polymerization forms a seamless, super‑elastic membrane. Thanks to reinforcement with mesh and geotextile, such a coating can withstand significant mechanical loads and sharp temperature changes without cracking or peeling.
The waterproofing work on the terrace proceeded in several key stages:

The terrace floor base was thoroughly cleaned and sanded to remove old coatings, cement laitance, and level the surface.

Geotextile and a special reinforcing mesh were laid on the prepared base to create a strong and elastic framework.

Over the reinforcing layer, the material itself was applied on three sides of the terrace. The compound was carefully distributed both on the horizontal slab and on all vertical abutments to walls and fencing elements, completely eliminating any risk of moisture ingress.
The work at the facility was fully and successfully completed. To ensure durability and comfortable operation, after the waterproofing work was completed, a decking board designed specifically for constant foot traffic was laid over the created protective coating. As a result, the cottage terrace is reliably sealed and completely protected from precipitation, and the garage located underneath is now under the absolute protection of our Bronya waterproofing.
