Although the calendar has already turned the page on 2025, we continue to recap its most significant events. One of the highlights of late last year was our expert participation in the annual "Project Next 2025" exhibition and competition, which took place on November 28 at the Volgograd State Technical University (VSTU). For many years, we have maintained a fruitful cooperation with the region’s flagship university. Our interaction is formalized by an official agreement and is based on the deep integration of academic science and advanced manufacturing technologies.
"Project Next" is the region's premier innovation platform, where students from schools and universities present their developments, ranging from engineering mock-ups to ready-made IT solutions. Last year, the scale of the event was impressive: more than 50 teams fought for victory, presenting over 40 projects to the jury in a wide range of fields—from production technologies to social services.
As a leading manufacturer of liquid ceramic thermal insulation coatings and a multiple-time winner of the "100 Best Goods of Russia" contest, our company traditionally supports initiatives aimed at developing domestic technologies. NPO Bronya acted as an official partner of the event, becoming one of 24 regional companies to support the young developers.
Representing our organization on the expert jury was technical specialist Polina Kriulina. The experts' work was intense and carried great responsibility: they evaluated not only the technical complexity and relevance of the developments but also the creativity of the teams, as well as their ability to professionally present their ideas.
Based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation, the winners were determined and received well-deserved awards. However, NPO Bronya did not overlook other talented participants—we prepared special prizes to encourage promising young people and provide them with an incentive for further growth.
For us, participating in such events is a contribution to shaping the future talent pool and supporting the "Materials in Industries and Spheres of Activity" track, which was one of the exhibition's key streams. We are delighted to see that the interest of young people in engineering and technical creativity is growing.
