Our official representative from Cherepovets has shared an excellent case of successfully completed work at the local aquatic health complex — the Raduzhny water park. The specialists faced an important task: to reliably insulate a large‑scale ventilation system.
A water park is a space with a specific microclimate, where high humidity and air temperature are constantly maintained (in some areas reaching 33.6 °C). Under such conditions, condensation inevitably forms on metal ventilation ducts, leading to corrosion and significant heat loss. Using classic roll insulation (mineral wool) at this facility would be extremely difficult, and on many sections with complex duct geometry — simply impossible.
To solve this non‑trivial task, our base product was chosen — liquid ceramic thermal insulation "Bronya Classic NF". We remind you that just 1 mm of our thermal insulation coating replaces 50 mm of mineral wool.
During the work, the material was applied using the recommended airless spray unit. The total thickness of the thermal insulation layer was 1.5 mm. To ensure maximum efficiency and durability of the coating, application was carried out strictly according to technology: in layers of 0.5 mm each, with mandatory interlayer drying for 24 hours.
Advantages received by the customer:
-
Significant reduction in work time: The use of an airless sprayer and the properties of the material itself made it possible to quickly handle large surface areas at the facility.
-
Ideal insulation of complex sections: The material perfectly adhered to hard‑to‑reach places, joints, and bends of the ventilation system, forming a solid, seamless coating.
-
Durability and simplicity: The problem of condensation and heat loss was completely solved, while the ventilation units were not weighed down by bulky structures and retained a neat appearance.
-
Granting non‑flammability status to the facility.
We thank our representative for their professionalism and high‑quality work! "Bronya" thermal insulation works even where traditional solutions are powerless.
