Application of "Bronya Classic NF" and "Bronya Thermohydroplast" Coatings in Industrial Production of Pre-Insulated Marine Containers, Bratislava, Slovakia (photos)

We are pleased to share an innovative example of integrating "Bronya" coatings into industrial manufacturing processes. Unlike temporary insulation and fireproofing solutions, "Bronya" coatings have now become a permanent component of the production cycle. A metalworking facility in Bratislava, Slovakia, has successfully incorporated "Bronya" coatings into the manufacturing of pre-insulated marine containers. According to the manufacturer, these containers are in high demand among industrial firms, construction companies, and private buyers.
Coating Application:
Interior: "Bronya Classic NF" (2 mm) provides thermal insulation, guaranteed fire resistance (non-flammable), and prevents condensation buildup.
Exterior: "Bronya Thermohydroplast" (1.5 mm) ensures resistance to salt spray, hydrophobicity, waterproofing, moisture resistance, and effective thermal insulation against solar radiation.
Both coatings are applied using an airless spray system with a 523 nozzle.
Our dealer reports that demand for these containers has remained consistently strong for over a month, attracting both returning customers and new clients drawn by positive feedback. The containers function as modular building blocks—akin to a "construction kit"—showcased at the exhibition site of our dealer "Bronya Slovakia" (an integrated office-production-warehouse facility).
