One of the largest pharmaceutical holdings in Hubei Province (China) has applied "Bronya" to many nodes of its production facility. Since this is a pharmaceutical production site, it contains a significant number of heating units, cold and hot water supply pipelines, as well as superheated steam lines.
After a successful pilot application 2 years ago, the company decided to implement our coating on all major nodes at their enterprise.
Depending on the temperature, ranging from +80°C to +160°C, a total coating thickness of 2 to 4 mm was used. First, layers of "Bronya Antirust NF" were applied to ensure anti-corrosion protection. Then, following a mandatory 24-hour inter-layer drying period, "Bronya Classic NF" was applied to achieve the required thermal insulation characteristics. Given the small diameter of the pipelines, the application was carried out using the manual method.
The implementation of "Bronya" at the facilities of this pharmaceutical holding demonstrates the effectiveness of our solutions under industrial operating conditions with high thermal loads.
