Last week, we hosted a multi-day visit from our long-standing partners — representatives of the company "Bronya Saudi Arabia". Our fruitful cooperation has been ongoing since 2016, and their first trip to Russia also took place in February, back in 2019, when our guests were able to experience the harsh Stalingrad frosts for the first time.
Last year, our Arab partners achieved a significant success: they successfully completed a two-year TUV certification cycle for the needs of the largest national oil company, Saudi Aramco. Now, on the eve of starting a new large project, the delegation needed to gain in-depth competencies in the "Bronya" product line, study the block diagrams of material combination scenarios, and delve into the technical nuances of application. The guests arrived with a great charge of optimism, and we exchanged gifts in a traditional manner.
The training program started with a theoretical part at the head office. Presentations on products and technical characteristics of materials were given to the distributors, detailed video instructions on application were shown, and comprehensive answers to all their questions were provided.
The most intense part of the visit took place directly at the company's production facility. Special training and practice stands had been prepared in advance there for a clear demonstration of the liquid thermal insulation properties.
NPO "Bronya" specialists in protective gear clearly demonstrated the correct technology for applying coatings to various surfaces using spatulas and brushes, drawing attention to important technological nuances. After that, the representatives from Saudi Arabia were able to independently practice the test application process under the guidance of our experts.
Particular interest was aroused by testing the properties of our non-combustible materials: their effectiveness was clearly demonstrated under the direct impact of a gas burner flame.
After completing the practical block at the production site, the delegation returned to the office, where "Bronya" specialists answered all the additional questions that arose during the tests.
The visit was exceptionally positive and gave all participants great emotions. At the conclusion of the official part, the representatives from Saudi Arabia were ceremoniously presented with an extended dealer certificate, and the distributor agreement was renewed. This visit marked the successful training of our partners and the elevation of our cooperation to a completely new level!
