“Bronya Classic” on the molding installation for thermal treatment of knitwear at the production facility of Ekoten (Saint Petersburg) – photos and videos

We present to you a report on the work carried out with the application of “Bronya Classic” on the production line of the company “Ekoten.” The client tasked us with reducing the heating of the molding installation used for heat treatment of knitwear. The surface of the installation heated up to 180°C in continuous operation, leading to significant air heating and strain on the air conditioning system.

To improve the energy efficiency of the installation (reduce electricity consumption in production) and drastically enhance safety, we applied liquid insulation “Bronya Classic.” The application involved seven layers, each 0.5 mm thick, with an additional layer of fiberglass mesh.

As a result, the surface temperature of the installation decreased by more than threefold, reaching an absolutely safe level of no more than +45°C.
