Bronya: 100 p.m. * 600 rub./p.m. = 60,000 rub.

      2. Heat loss during the heating period (5160 hours) from one linear meter of the pipeline, when using Bronya insulation with a layer thickness of 2 mm, is 36.8% (or 0.106 Gcal) lower compared to mineral wool insulation.

      For example, for a pipeline of 100 p.m. heat loss will be:

      Savings during the heating period, when using Bronya insulation, will amount to 6,800 rubles, which is 36.85% less than when using mineral wool as a thermal insulation material. total: Savings during installation of 60,000 rubles. + savings for the heating period of 6,800 rubles =66800 rubles.

      Thus, the use of ultra-thin thermal insulation Bronya allows you to get savings not only during installation, but also after application, immediately during operation. Considering the above, as well as the service life of the Bronya material, it can be concluded that the material is highly efficient not only in its thermophysical properties, but also from an economic point of view.


      * - the thickness of the Bronya layer is calculated based on the material consumption of 1L per 1 m2 with a thickness of 1 mm. Thus, for DN 159mm (1 p.m. = 0.5 m2), the layer thickness will be 2 mm. The calculation of the insulation thickness based on the norms of SNiP 41-103-2000 showed the thickness of the Bronya layer of 1.6 mm.
