Article 146 (ed. Federal Law of 08.04.2003 N 45-FZ)

1. Attribution of authorship (plagiarism), if this act has caused major damage to the author or another copyright holder, is punishable by a fine of up to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period of up to eighteen months, or compulsory labor for up to four hundred and eighty hours, or correctional labor for up to one year, or arrest for up to six months.(ed. Federal laws of 08.12.2003 N 162-FZ, of 07.03.2011 N 26-FZ, of 07.12.2011 N 420-FZ)

2. Illegal use of copyright objects or related rights, as well as the acquisition, storage, transportation of counterfeit copies of works or phonograms for the purpose of sale, committed on a large scale, are punishable by a fine of up to two hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to eighteen months, or compulsory labor for up to four hundred and eighty hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or forced labor for up to two years, or imprisonment for the same period.

3. The acts provided for by part two of this article, if they are committed:
a) has become invalid. - Federal Law of 08.12.2003 N 162-FZ;
b) by a group of persons by prior agreement or an organized group;
c) on a particularly large scale;

d) by a person using his official position, - are punished by forced labor for up to five years or imprisonment for up to six years with a fine of up to five hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of up to three years or without it. Note. The acts provided for in this article shall be deemed to have been committed on a large scale if the value of copies of works or phonograms or the value of the rights to use objects of copyright and related rights exceed one hundred thousand rubles, and on an especially large scale - one million rubles.(ed.
