As we told you earlier, last year we became the winners of the innovation competition of the Russian Railways, where both similar coatings and traditional insulation manufacturers competed with us.
Previously, we published news with the use of ZHKTM Bronya on pipes, and today we present the application on the walls.
Measurements were carried out using thermal imaging.
Based on the results of the assessment and analysis of the surface temperature, the calculated thermal conductivity of ZHKTM Bronya Zima was 0.001 W/m2°C.
The temperature of the inner wall surface after applying 0.5 mm Bronya Zima TP increased by 1 ° C, after applying 1 mm Bronya Zima TP increased by 0.9 ° C.
Outside air temperature +3 ° С.
The air temperature inside the building is +24 ° С.
As you can see, the temperature difference was high, the thermal conductivity lambda was confirmed. At this stage, we from the Kaliningrad Oktyabrskaya Russian Railways are waiting for the final documents, including an economic comparative justification of the feasibility of using traditional heaters, in order to massively scale this implementation throughout Russia (especially a positive opinion from the management of Russian Railways).

Now we have confirmation of lambda not only mediocre on the pipes and on the walls, and literally from day to day we are waiting for the economic justification.
