Application of our patented combined system "Bronya + Fiberglass" for high-temperature protection of exhaust pipes on patrol corvettes of the "825" type with a maximum temperature of the outer surface of +350 ° C.
To reduce the temperature on the surface, a combined scheme was used, consisting of 4 layers of fiberglass and 9 layers of Bronya Classic liquid thermal insulation.
The resulting combined heat-insulating coating with a total thickness of only 3 cm made it possible to reduce the temperature from +350 degrees to + 60 degrees. Thus, reducing the temperature hazard, not only protecting the crew from the risk of burns, but, most importantly, reducing the level of infrared visibility, the impossibility of thermal guidance to this area.
Having shown its effectiveness, our non-combustible high-temperature circuit allowed us to put its application on the industrial flow.
