We present you a photo report on the use of thermal insulation Bronya in mining and metallurgical production of sulfide copper-Nickel ores and non-ferrous metals JSC "Kola MMC" (a subsidiary of PJSC " MMC "Norilsk Nickel") in the Murmansk region. For thermal insulation of several types of capacitive equipment applied proven over the years and many successfully insulated the objects of tandem - Bronya ANTICOR + Bronya Classic, namely, their non-Combustible modification Bronya ANTICOR NF (1 mm) + Bronya Classic NF (1.5 mm), the work was carried out by airless spray apparatus. In the project of thermal insulation of equipment, in addition to the requirement for non-combustibility of materials, the need for periodic washing of equipment and the resistance of the coating to physical impact was spelled out, in this regard, it was decided to use polyurethane enamel on top of the thermal Insulation, but direct application of enamel to the thermal insulation of the Bronya would lead to a deterioration of the thermal properties of the coating. Therefore, as a separating layer was used heat-insulating putty Bronya Light NF layer thickness of 1 mm. It is important to note that the use of those with no analogues insulating putty Bronya Light in such cases is not only economically beneficial but also necessary, because over the insulation Bronya is not recommended the application of protective and decorative coatings without the separation layer.
