Bronya Classic for balcony sill insulation after unsuccessful thermal insulation, freezing and rupture of the floor convector (photos and videos with a detailed description)

Today we present you an object where we faced a small, but very important and significant task - the insulation of the balcony threshold. There is a floor convector on the side of the apartment, but due to the poor-quality insulation produced, not only the threshold froze, but even the floor convectors froze and defrosted! We look at the photos and videos provided by the Customer. The current situation has led to disastrous consequences and great material damage measured in tens of thousands of rubles! The essence of the problem is also that there are spatial limitations and the classical heaters used were not able to cope with the task! that is, the thickness of the insulation is limited by the height between the concrete floor and the bottom of the door sill. But we also have a product proven over the years - Bronya Classic!!!
1mm of this material is equivalent to 50 mm of mineral wool. This is exactly the unique case when, with limited space, it is necessary to insulate the surface, and our thermal insulation is, we can say, the only possible option. So, let's briefly list the stages of the work done:
1. We dismantle the traditional insulation.
2. We prepare the surface- we sweep out all the garbage, we soil the Ground Bronya Facade.
3. We do a layered application of Bronya Classic on a concrete base, apply 6 layers with good interlayer drying - at least 24 hours. Next, we are already starting the decorative finishing and installation of the door sill. Now the convector will not unfreeze! And it will delight the Customer with its warmth and create comfort in the apartment. The customer is very satisfied. # Thank you all!
