Specialists of the resource supplying organization began preparing pipelines before installation on Kozlovskaya Street in the Voroshilovsky District. There they renew a 200 meter long plot. Workers apply liquid thermal insulation to the pipe surface, an innovative material that can significantly reduce heat loss. The solution to this problem is carried out using a combination of Bronyar Antikor as thermal protection, Bronya Airless NG non-combustible vapor-permeable modification with airgel powder and 2 mm Bronya Aquablock NG non-combustible modification which, in the event of possible flooding after pumping water, does not require additional thermal insulation. This coating system is now also in the service of public utilities!
Updating the network at a site of more than 200 meters will increase the reliability of the heat supply system, which supplies a resource to apartment buildings and social facilities on several streets of the Voroshilovsky district.
Alexander Rykalin, deputy chief engineer of the resource supplying organization:
- As part of the pipeline installation, a large-site assembly was performed, steel pipes with a diameter of 426 mm are used as pipe billets for this heating network, the wall thickness of these pipes is 10 mm, which allows you to create a margin of safety for an additional heating network in this section, and additional durability of this pipeline .
Anton Matveev, Deputy Development Director, NPO Bronya LLC:
- This is a liquid ceramic thermal insulation. It consists of acrylic and microspheres, which are essentially glass balls that inside contain vacuum, plus material is added that protects the pipes from corrosion. Glass balls act as a vacuum pad that reduces heat loss, that is, the hot water that will flow through these pipes in the winter will remain hot, and the pipes will be protected from corrosion. Thanks to the administration of the city, region, water supply concessions, we are participating in such a large-scale project in our city.
Today, the Volgograd company Bronya is a leader in the production of ultra-thin liquid ceramic thermal insulation. The company has been operating in the market since 2008, it has representative offices in all regions of the Russian Federation. The company supplies unique material worldwide. In production, the company uses innovative technologies, 1 mm of armor replaces 50 mm of mineral wool. All products are certified and confirmed by tests of leading Russian laboratories. For five consecutive years, the Bronya company has been among the top 100 products in the country.
