Comparative table of the estimated cost of installation of thermal insulation on the example of the use of mineral wool plates and ultrathin thermal insulation Armor (economic justification)
Calculations were made for a panel house in operation. The insulated area is 100 m2.
The calculation was made for the 3rd floor of the building, i.e. the estimated cost for each insulation option will increase proportionally with an increase in the height of the work performed.
The calculation was made for mineral wool of the average price category.
The cost of works and materials are accepted on the basis of Prices for facade works of the Moscow Union of Roofers.

Conclusion:
when using the ultrathin thermal insulator Armor, we get the following savings:
- labor resources by 128.46 people-hours (86% less);
- construction machines by 2.95 mash-hours (98.3% less);
- materials by 213.99 rubles/m2 (28.3% cheaper);
- the total estimated cost of work at 1312.8 rubles/m2 (54.4% cheaper).
The use of an ultrathin thermal insulator Armor allows you to achieve the same results in thermophysical properties as traditional materials, but with great economic benefit when calculating the total estimated cost. At the same time, it is also necessary to take into account the service life of materials (15 years of Armor; 5-7 years of mineral wool plates), the ability to repair (Armor - repair is easily feasible; plates - practically impossible), the resistance of materials to weather conditions (Armor - racks; plates - lose properties when moisture sets), aesthetics, etc. The ultrathin thermal insulator Armor Facade has a vapor permeability index the same as that of reinforced concrete. It is easily applied in one layer, the thickness of which is sufficient 1-1.5 mm. It is non-toxic, vandal-proof, resistant to UV radiation and durable.
